Hotel mattresses built to your specification in our own facilities in Sharjah, from a boutique hotel to a flagship resort.
A hotel mattress has a harder life than any other. It is slept on by different people every night, turned over by housekeeping, and expected to feel the same in year eight as on opening day. That is why we do not sell hotels a catalogue mattress. Each hospitality mattress is built to a specification agreed with the hotel and its operator.
We have been making mattresses in Sharjah for more than 30 years and have supplied over 160 hotels and resorts, from bespoke mattresses for every room at Atlantis The Royal to boutique properties across the region. Because every mattress is made in our own facilities, we control every layer, from the pocket springs to the quilted cover, and can repeat the same build years later when the hotel refurbishes.
Most projects start from one of three places: an operator’s brand standard, an existing mattress the hotel wants to match or improve, or a target feel and budget. Our contracts team turns that into a construction, a sample, and a production plan that fits the opening date.
Trusted by leading hotel groups across the region
We will recommend a build for your brief, but nothing is fixed. These are the parts of a hospitality mattress we set project by project.
Pocket springs are coiled and pocketed on our own lines, covers are quilted in-house, and every mattress is assembled and inspected before it leaves our facilities.
Making it ourselves means short lead times for samples, consistent quality across thousands of rooms, and the ability to rebuild an approved specification for a sister property or a refurbishment.
Share your brand standard, the mattress you are replacing or a target feel, with the room mix and opening date.
We propose a construction and build a sample mattress for your mock-up room, adjusting it until it is approved.
Approved builds go into production in Sharjah, scheduled around your handover or refurbishment programme.
