We make bedding, upholstery and joinery in our own facilities in Sharjah and have done so since 1996. The people who draw your project are a short walk from the people who build it, and the sample you approve is made on the same machines as the order.

We price the scope, propose constructions and materials, and produce shop drawings for joinery and upholstery. Value-engineering options are shown side by side, so you can see what changes and what it saves.
Finish samples, fabric swatches and sample mattresses come from the same facilities that will make the order. For hotels we build and install the mock-up room so the operator and designer can sign off the real thing.
Approved items go into production in Emirates Industrial City, Sharjah: springs, quilting, upholstery, CNC and finishing under one roof. Each item is inspected against the approved sample before it is packed.
We deliver to site by floor and room, in line with the contractor’s programme, and install joinery and headboards with our own teams in the UAE. Projects outside the UAE are packed and shipped to site.
Approved specifications are kept on file, so a sister property, an extension or a refurbishment can be made to the same standard years later. Mattress protectors and replacement items can be reordered as the hotel needs them.
A mock-up room is the cheapest place to find a problem. We build the bed, headboard, joinery and upholstery for one room to the approved drawings, so the operator, designer and contractor can test the sleep, the finishes and the fit before production starts.
Yes. Mattresses, beds, headboards, sofas, wardrobes, desks, doors and kitchens are all made in our own facilities, so a hotel or residential project can be supplied by one company with one programme.
Yes. Send the brand standard or the specification you were given, and we will propose constructions that meet it and build samples for approval.
